·     You will receive 100% of the prevailing gold/precious metal value based on the net metal weight received (post normal wear and tear) and prevailing market rate at the time of exchange.

·     The value of diamonds, gemstones, making charges, GST, taxes, discounts, promotional benefits, and coupon values availed at the time of purchase will not be considered while calculating the exchange value.

·     A logistics and processing charge of ₹500 per item will be deducted from the exchange value.

·     The final exchange value is subject to quality inspection and verification of the product received.

·     The product can be exchanged for an equal or high value product

Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To avail the exchange facility, customers must provide:

·     Original jewellery product

·     Original or copy of the purchase invoice

·     Product certificate(s) and hallmark documentation

·     Warranty card (if applicable)

·     The jewellery must be returned in its original condition and must not have been altered, repaired, or modified by any third party.

·     The exchange value can be redeemed against a product of equal or higher value only.

·     The outcome of the quality inspection shall be final.
