Return Policy

·     We offer a 48-hour return window on all eligible jewellery purchases. The return period begins from the date your order is delivered.

·     To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within the applicable return period.

·     To qualify for a return:

o  The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and intact in its original condition. The product must not show signs of wear, damage, modification, resizing or repair.

o  All original packaging, certificates, tags, invoices, and accompanying materials must be returned for eligibility

o  Security tags must remain attached and intact.

Products Not Eligible for Return

·     Personalized or custom-made jewellery

·     Products manufactured or adjusted to your specific size requirements including rings, bangles, and other made-to-order pieces

Refund Amount

·     All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt after which the refund amount is issued and communicated

·     If a product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, tampering, or usage, the return request may be declined or evaluated under our Buyback Policy instead. The outcome of the quality inspection shall be final.

·     Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the amount paid including making and stone charges for the product.

·     A logistics and processing fee of ₹500 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

·     If the jewellery certificate is missing, damaged, or tampered with, a re-certification fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted.

·     Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date the returned item is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

·     Any discounts, promotional offers, coupon benefits, or vouchers used at the time of purchase will be adjusted from the final refund amount.
