What gold purity do you use?

We work with 14KT, 18KT and 22KT gold, selecting the purity
best suited to each design. While 18KT and 14KT offer added strength for
contemporary styles, 22KT allows us to create pieces that celebrate the rich
beauty of gold.

Why do you primarily use 18KT gold instead of 22KT?

18KT gold is more durable than 22KT gold, making it better
suited for contemporary, lightweight jewellery designed for everyday wear.

Is the jewellery suitable for daily use?

Yes. Our pieces are designed to be lightweight, comfortable,
and versatile enough to be worn regularly rather than reserved for special
occasions.

Will the jewellery lose its colour over time?

No. Since our jewellery is made from real gold, it will not
peel, chip, or lose its colour like plated jewellery.

Why are your prices lower than traditional jewellery
stores?

We focus on lightweight, wearable designs and operate
primarily online, allowing us to offer thoughtfully designed gold jewellery
without the overheads associated with traditional retail.

Do you provide a price breakup?

Product weight, purity, and pricing details are available on
the product page. Additional information can be provided upon request.

Do diamonds retain their original purchase value?

Diamond and gemstone values may vary over time. Our exchange
policy is primarily based on the prevailing value of the precious metal content
in the jewellery.

Is your jewellery BIS hallmarked?

Yes, all eligible gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as per
applicable regulations.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes, applicable certificates and documentation are provided
with your purchase. We recommend preserving them for future exchange or service
requests.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 20 working days and
delivered within a few business days thereafter, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping across India.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes may be accommodated before dispatch. Once an
order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within our return
window, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Are all products eligible for return?

No. Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or size-specific
products such as rings and bangles are not eligible for return.

Why do you recommend recording an unboxing video?

An unboxing video helps us investigate and resolve any
concerns relating to missing, damaged, or incorrect items more efficiently.

Do you offer an exchange policy?

Yes. We offer a lifetime exchange facility on eligible
jewellery purchases.

How is exchange value calculated?

We provide 100% of the prevailing gold/precious metal value
based on the net metal weight and prevailing market rate at the time of
exchange.

Are making charges, GST, and diamond/stone value included in
the exchange value?

No. Exchange value is calculated based on the precious metal
content. Making charges, taxes, discounts, and the value of diamonds or
gemstones are not considered.

What if I have misplaced my certificate?

A re-certification fee may apply if the original certificate
is missing or damaged.
