Shipping Policy

·     Most orders are dispatched from our factory to you within 20 working days of order confirmation. However, Made-to-order and personalized pieces may require additional time.

·     We deliver to serviceable locations across India.

·     Delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier partner availability.

·     Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Timelines of dispatch and delivery of each product is indicated on individual product pages

·     Shipping service is free for prepaid orders unless specified in invoice

Order Tracking

·     Tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

·     High-value orders may require OTP verification and/or identity confirmation at the time of delivery.

·     We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery as it may be required to support claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

·     If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package will be returned to us and additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.
